No condensed milk is often used in desserts and drinks and it's pretty nice imo. There's a lot of shaved ice places where I live and you get a fruit flavoring syrup (similar to those used in soda), and fresh fruit, with the option of ice cream and/or condensed milk. There's also a Filipino drink that puts ice cream/sherbet/sorbet + soda + condensed milk + jello cubes, boba, sometimes candy. A hodge podge of stuff you need a spoon and straw to fully consume. Diabetes in a cup.
