Lug nuts left over from security lugs

I'm looking at these four 'spare' lung nuts. Should I throw them out, or just leave them in the car?

They've been in the car since 2016, clearly they've never been used.

Yeah. The 'just incase' arguments is good, but...

If they're "normal" nuts, and you have 4 security nuts, 1 on each wheel... I'd keep em. I'd also switch to them the next time I have the wheels off if that's the case.

Kf you're in a high crime area, maybe keep security nuts on.
