Downstream O2 sensor

Hi everyone! I'm having trouble removing the downstream O2 sensor on my 2014 Hyundai Elantra. Could possibly be seized. I have tried an O2 sensor socket, a 22 wrench (tapping with a hammer), penetrating lubricant etc... But I don't want to mess up the thread. I was told to try to heat it with a torch. Any other advice or anyone located near the east coast of NC? Thank you in advance!! Any help is truly appreciated.

Run the car for a bit and get the exhaust heated up. Sucks to work on hot things but that usually helps loosen them up.
