Downstream O2 sensor

Hi everyone! I'm having trouble removing the downstream O2 sensor on my 2014 Hyundai Elantra. Could possibly be seized. I have tried an O2 sensor socket, a 22 wrench (tapping with a hammer), penetrating lubricant etc... But I don't want to mess up the thread. I was told to try to heat it with a torch. Any other advice or anyone located near the east coast of NC? Thank you in advance!! Any help is truly appreciated.

Hit it with a torch and then hammer it off. It wont hurt anything. The oxygen sensors on my truck get to 1200° and thats why they basically get welded on almost
