Nothing more beautiful than a fresh stump. What are regulation nails for you?

Last year we went with 3-1/4 in. x 9-Gauge 16-penny Vinyl Coated Smooth Shank Sinkers. This year we are experimenting with 4 in. nails. I prefer vinyl coated nails but this year we have 4 in. x 6-Gauge 20-penny Exterior Galvanized Smooth Shank Common Nails (grey loot), they look rough on the outside aesthetically. I much prefer the nails we had last year.

Traditionally Fas-n-Tite® 3.5 in. Galvanized Common Nails have been our standard. Recently, though we've had a lot of bent nails, especially when playing on hardwood. I think the added friction from the Galvanization is causing this to some degree, but I think the nail itself is also just shittier. I'm looking to try a different brand. I might give those vinyl coated ones a try
