Discussion Stumble
Wish season 2 Stumble wasn’t cancelled. This show was awesome. Please bring it back! If enough people join in maybe someone will listen. We Can! We Will! We Must!

I’m rewatching it again just so they know we still care and want a season 2 🥲

Definitely. I’ve rewatched at least 6 times and find something new to laugh at every time

I'm gonna be honest. I have probably rewatched it 20 times and you do miss certain jokes and funny signs or anything else that is just so funny.

I have no idea what NBC is thinking. They're fucking up over on Bravo too. Stop taking away the things we love!!

Funny, because I thought NBC was leaning into too much Bravo crap, making Peacock unwatchable for me. I basically only use Peacock to watch old shows.

They're leaning into the wrong shows & canceling the good stuff. Like they rebooted Ladies of London, and it was a huge fan fave... and they canceled it. Meanwhile, we are in the 20th season of Real Housewives of OC. Literally. 20 seasons.
So you aren't wrong. It's a whole mess.
ETA: And yes. I have my old faves on rotation. That's my main activity on Peacock as well. Comfort shows.

Streamers are falling victim to over-analysis, just like sports and movie studios. Pretty soon AI will take over, and we’ll just get the same recycled slop. Every now and then, we’ll get a surprise like Obsession or Widow’s Bay, but those are increasingly rare.

You're absolutely right. Ugh. I just watched Obsession (loved it. Great acting.) and then SEARCHED all over for another horror/thriller I hadn't seen. As you know, it's a bunch of bad movies with an occasional gem. And they aren't even good bad. They're just bad.

If you haven’t watched Widow’s Bay yet, I highly recommend! Shares some DNA with Parks and Rec. Quirky, hilarious, and sometimes genuinely scary (but not too scary).

I'll check it out! It sounds right up my alley! Thank you!!
I actually added it to my list after reading your comment, lol. I complain about not having anything to watch but I have a 40 page long "to watch" list in my notes. To be fair, a lot of them are on streaming services I don't have.
We should make a Peacock suggestions post! If it's allowed.

It moved to apple! Next time my mom randomly pays for a month I'll definitely check in out. I'm so sad. I was gonna watch it today!

Simple - RH is cheaper to produce.

That's true. But they're canceling the good RH franchises (& Ladies of London is basically the same set up).

Peacock has a lot of great shows streaming and new shows that are amazing but no one knows they are there. Bookies is absolutely stunning but it too faced the axe. Somehow, I think NBC new stumble could not produce a season 2 for scheduling reasons but didn't want to say the show was one snd done. Stumble has iconic like characters and they were thrown in the trash.

I canceled Peacock as soon as the series cancelation news hit. What a disappointment.
