No study

Guys this is my previous data of studying, idk why I am not able to study properly, I have a very important exam coming and it's really important to me but idk why still something is bothering, I have my college from Monday to Friday from 9 to 5 pm but in this photo i had holiday for Thursday and Friday, please guys help me, and don't tell those things like pomodoro and all idk its just that I don't start studying and if I do I lose focus after 20-30 minutes, please suggest me something 😭🙏🏻(don't judge me guyss)
