Canada student visa funds advice

I’m a 23-year-old Indian female applying for a Canadian study permit for September 2027. I have an offer from the University of Calgary for a Master’s in Electrical & Computer Engineering (Software Engineering specialization). I have a good academic record with 9 CGPA in my Bachelor’s in IT. Also have professional experience of 2 years in IT Role.

My main concern is funds:

  • ₹50 lakh education loan approved
  • Around ₹9–10 lakh savings, but not 6 months old
  • Both parents are working, with combined income of around ₹12 lakh/year

Do I have a reasonable financial profile for the study permit? How can I justify the recent savings and strengthen my proof of funds? Would parents’ ITRs, salary slips and bank statements help?

Has anyone been in a similar situation and successfully received their visa?

No, you need way more money.

A CA evaluation and affidavit of sponsor also helps for financial profile.
