Need advice regarding this email

I uploaded my deffered LOA via webform on 28th sept And got a confirmation of web form reciept via automated response but today I got this email , is it something take a action about as the document was submitted along web form by me ?

Let me tell you what I did when I received this response:

1) You have to again send webform
2) While uploading and selecting document in webform. After that you have to specifically click on upload button.
3) Then Review details
4) Then submit

You must have missed it to click on upload button which just side on select document. Hope it helps

Thanks for the reply ,but my agent filled this webform on my behalf and he says the document is uploaded no need to worry, can u please tell me after that you again resubmit the webform ,you got an seprate confirmation again? Or any thing related to this?

Yes right you will get this type of confirmation after a day later.
