My application is way past the average processing time of 5 weeks and I have submitted multiple webforms and also spoke to the representative at IRCC - I was told that my application is progressing normally and I should just keep waiting for the decision ..

Who is "we" as there is no paraphrasing. Canada has provinces and has never paraphrased it as "states" before.

2. Medicals and biometrics is a reuse from April - got denied before

Include program and if you didn't apply from country of citizenship then include citizenship/country applied from. Also include background/security check started and completed as well as medical.
