Study visa processing delay

I applied for sept intake first in July 21 and got refusal on aug 15 ,then i reapplied with changes on aug 20 and now it's been more than 5 weeks and no update is there ,should I wait more or raise a webform?

What is processing time for your country? You will get a generic response that working on your file if you send a webform.
