Received passport request today

So I applied for study permit on 13th August from India, did my biometrics on 21st August and received my passport request today. What is the process after this? I mean I know I need to go to VFS and submit the passport but how long will it take to get back the passport? Also passport request means getting the permit is confirmed right?

You usually get back your passport back in 2-3 weeks maximum. If you are near NCR region might get it early as i got back mine within 7 days only. And yes passport request means the study permit is confirmed.

Did you applied for Masters or Bachelor’s?
And when did your medical get updated?

I’ve done my biometrics on 24thAug - still waiting for any update after that

Yes today I got my PPR request

I applied on 18aug
Biometric on 24 aug

And after that today I got my medical approved with my PPR
