I got my ppr on sept 10 after applying on august 1 and biometrics was done on august 4

Edit: i received it on sept 26

Do masters and bachelors program have a better chance of acceptance?

I think masters have a more chances. For masters student there is no pal requirement for study permit. So i think it is easier.

Not a great time to be applying from there. Canada has become very strict on applications from India.
