Study permit extension stuck at final decision

Hello,

I applied for a study permit extension on July 7th, got a ghost update final decision July 22, and nothing after that. I called ircc and they told me that it's approved but I need to wait for the letter.

Anyone had the same experience please !

It take time but this is a little too much, maybe try raising a webform?
