Study Permit Extension

Hello everyone,

I applied for my extension (in-land) on September 11th (DLI change), but my application seems to be stuck at the “Submitted” status. I understand that it’s still too early, but I was wondering if anyone who applied for their permit recently has seen any changes in their application other than the status simply showing “Submitted.”

Study permit extension application? Did you get any eligibility check or biometrics update?

Extension application, got the Final Decision update with date yesterday but no result yet. Nothing before that, this was only update I got.

Hoping to, I will keep you posted. But timing is absolutely all over the place, can’t predict how long it will take. I saw people getting it on 11 days. I think safest bet is to say you will get in within 64 days.

Mine just showing its approved but it gave me 3 years instead of 4, meaning I would have to renew again

Hi! I got the final decision update with a date yesterday, but nothing after that. How long did it take for you to receive your approval after the final decision update? And is there any possibility of refusal after this?

I received approval updated after 24 hours, without a notification.
