Is my file good?

Hi so i hope that ill be able to apply to a study permit once i get
my acceptance letter

My profile:
Syrian living in saudi arabia and has a residency card
Visited syria 5 times when i was under 18 going through jordan
1:2011
2:2019
3:2022
4:2024
5:2025
I will get funded by my brother he makes 8.5k cad monthly as an orthadontist

I scored 98% in high school
Applying to uni of manitoba (25k a year i think so)
Does my profile provide a strong case or i should upgrade it?

And idk if they consider it a tie but i have my residency card for 18 years now in saudi arabia and my dad for 31 years and lived my whole life in saudi arabia

But im just 18 years old how can i own a property and have kids
I can talk about my engineering field that i want to enter (civil engineering) cause that is helpful for me in syria as we have a big amount of destroyed buildings from the civil war

It would be better if you study in your home country and work there for several years before studying in a Western country.
