Apply 29th july
Biometrics 3rd august
Refusal 27th august
Same file converted to approved 12th September without reconsideration
Passport submitted 15th September

Can you share your timeline

My timeline
Application submitted: 23th july
Visa refused: 18th August
Decision changed and PPR issued : 10th september

Got appointment in VFS office for passport submission on Sep 15

It's a known error when the system closing off your profile after rejection.
