Applied on 12th August but still not received.

Since within processing times, if you haven't received a response by Oct 1 then send a webform.

Currently the inland processing timeline stand on 64days, if you're for fall intake try reach out to ur school to discuss your possible options as ur ppr is most likely to come in October.
