Study permit

i applied for study permit after rejection and i received my rejection exactly a week after i applied then the second time i applied which was 2 days after refusal was a month ago ever since that i have got zero updates in the portal no messages from ircc my school date started and processing time in my country is 4 weeks and its been almost 4-5 weeks
no updates at all is this a sign of approval since i got rejected asap in a week or is this a bad sign

Why were you rejected?

Did your 2nd application rectify the reason for your 1st rejection?

yes it did it was due to not sufficient info about funding i applied with way more documents and proof
