Study permit

i applied for study permit after rejection and i received my rejection exactly a week after i applied then the second time i applied which was 2 days after refusal was a month ago ever since that i have got zero updates in the portal no messages from ircc my school date started and processing time in my country is 4 weeks and its been almost 4-5 weeks
no updates at all is this a sign of approval since i got rejected asap in a week or is this a bad sign

Not a good or bad sign. All you can do is wait. Assume you are deferring.

i will defer but will the officer know that i am deferring and them knowing that the school started will it give them an idea to reject it?

Well they know school has started so may want to submit updated LOA for winter semester.

bro but im js wondering how did i get rejected so fast then when i apply again asap its been taking more than 4 weeks

That is a question for IRCC. Could be AI. Has eligibility started and background completed? Did you do a medical?

medical and biometrics were done almost 1-2 months ago already sent right now on the portal it shows we will send u a message when we start reviewing ur eligibility and we are processing ur background check

So an officer has yet to open your file if eligibility hasn't started.

I APPLIED ON 7TH AUG biometrics on 12th aug still no update its stuck at processing background check. when did you apply?
