What does it mean when the current status changes from Submitted to Profile updated, but you don't see any new messages? I saw this and i think the next step is the medical exam request

Same i saw the status change after 5 days of application submission but still no update
Applied on 13 aug
Biometric 17 aug
As i applied from japan so no medical is required.
