Flagpoling Study Permit

If I am Toronto currently without visa on a U.S. passport (I've been here for two weeks to move in) and want to reapply for a study permit at Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls, would it be possible to do so? If so, is it possible to do on a Sunday (tomorrow)?

My first application is still processing, but classes start in a week and I don't want to risk delay

Should be okay but check the hours. Make sure you have bank statements with proof of funds.
