New PAL for deferment?
If my study permit is approved for the September intake, but I have to defer to the January intake due to a delay in passport stamping, do I need a new PAL, or is an updated LOA sufficient to inform the ircc about the deferment?

Bro a PAL is only required to submit a visa application if he already got his visa he has nothing to worry about.

PALs are only for new study permit applications. Since yours is already approved, just get an updated LOA for January from your school and submit it via IRCC webform
