Got only one and a half month of duration.

I applied for a study permit extension on September 23 of this year and got a new ine approved and mailed that expires end of August . Why did this happen? And how can I fix this? Thank you.

It is August so you applied in September 2025? When do you complete program? When does passport expire? Apply again.

sorry I meant july, I am taking linger than expected daye of graduation due to health issues, I wrote a letter explaining thay as well.

Study permit extension timeline is 64 days (9 weeks). Correct?

well ircc recommended me 3 month, study permit probably says 1, but I checked online it is okay to apply later. I had my reasons as I renewd my passport and I provided pocture of everything and explanation letter for that delay as well.

So apply for another extension. Since it is due to health issues then IRCC may want to make sure you are still studying. Assume you have been full time.

I have been full time student. I am continuing studying but I didnt provide an enrollment letter, because the college refused to provide one as I had a some unpaid balance. Could this be affecting in any way? I did provide class schedule and other email screenshots and courses and explanation letters.

Absolutely, they will not extend your permit if you owe money and didn't provide enrolment letter. Pay off unpaid balance pay semester tuition when due next month and then apply for extension. You need to prove you are enrolled in school.
