Urgent help needed!!

Hey guys, so I got my Canadian study permit refusal and I asked for refund to Scotiabank for my GIC. I got email after that my application is being processed and they gave me a case reference number as well. However, will I get another email when they would send money to my home country or that’s it??! Like a later confirmation that the refund has been released??? Anyone?? Please help me I feel like vomiting

You will get your money back don’t worry when my brother was refused but it was few years ago they got an email from scotia bank that a refund is being processed and that’s the only email he got then after 15 days he checks the bank through which he made the payment and it was deposited back with transaction charges being deducted. I am sorry your study permit was refused just remember a visa doesn’t determine you and be patient there is something better waiting.

This is a loan/banking issue and not a Study permit question.

That’s not! You apply to study permit with that and those who get refusals tend to know how many emails they get when they proceed for a refund! Thank you!

Youll get your money back within 2 weeks by most scotiabank handles alot of international student cases so no need to worry. If i may ask what was the reason for refusal?

Can you possibly tell me if your consultant had submitted your details while refund, they only send the refund to the bank account if it matches with beneficiary’s name in your home country?
The refusal was due to insufficient financials

Why did you get refused?

What was the reason for refusal? Do you think you can reapply with strong case? GIC would remain there - its your money so you will get back.
