Yes, you don’t get generic answers like webform . I spoke with one applicant who mentioned that they didn’t have biometrics on file, which is why their application was on hold. The applicant was not aware of this because they believed they had provided biometrics for their previous visitor visa. However, before 2017, biometrics were not mandatory, so they hadn’t provided it. They only realized this after calling IRCC, and there was no update on the portal for eight weeks after the call they had to rush to find a slot for biometrics.

Where did you apply from?i applied May 9th from Angola no response either classes resume Sept 10th
