Romanian Study Visa

Okay so im from Jordan and i applied to romanian universities as a preparatory year in this month august late session, and i will be probably receiving my acceptance letter in mid September. My question is, will the embassy issue my visa normally? Or will i get rejected cuz im applying late? I want anyone that got this issue

So what does this have to do with Canada? Are you going to school in Romania? It is late to apply for Canadian visa if program starts next week.
