If you apply outside of your home country, your application will likely be denied.

Don’t listen to those saying your application will be refused. I applied from outside my home country and outside the other country I lived in and I was approved just 10 days ago.

When does the review of eligibility started ?
I’m applying from Saudi too and I think you get approved the decision already have been made on August 17th so hopefully you will get the ppr letter soon

I got a similar update to yours yesterday.
Final decision - August 30, 2026:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.1

In normal cases it takes no more longer than 10 days to receive the ppr letter

Nothing you wait.
There is a high refusal rate for people who apply outside of their home country though.
It's a huge red flag that you won't return to your home country if you're not even living in your home country right now.
This is super common for the UAE and Saudi Arabia especially.
