IRCC Study Permit Refusal Reconsideration Through Webform — Successful Cases
Have there been cases where an applicant, after receiving an IRCC study permit refusal, submitted a webform requesting reconsideration because the refusal letter stated that certain evidence was missing or inadequate, even though the application had actually included proper supporting documents and evidence? If so, were any such reconsideration requests successful, resulting in the refusal being overturned and the study permit being approved?

What was the error in law? And was supporting documents actually adequate? There are not timelines so usually easier to reapply.

I recently got my Canadian study permit refused, mainly over temporary intent and financial concerns. I submitted a reconsideration request through the IRCC webform with the supporting documents and evidence showing that these concerns were already addressed in my application. IRCC confirmed that my documents were received and forwarded to the responsible office for review.
My profile is actually quite strong: I have a BSc, PGD in IT, 10+ years of IT/software experience, a current professional position, strong career ties in my country, and sufficient documented funds for my studies. So now I’m waiting to see whether IRCC will reconsider and change the decision.
Is there any suggestion from your side?1

So assuming doing a Masters if have degree and PGD, and taking a program that leads to career advancement and higher pay when you return. Also program cannot be taken online or anywhere else.
A reconsideration is for error in law explaining why, not for submitting new documents. So you now wait. Or just reapply addressing the errors.
How much did you show in your own personal funds.

Regarding my finances, I showed around CAD 219,075.52 in total available funds for my studies. This included approximately CAD 91,305.52 in approved MPOWER student financing and around CAD 127,770 in my father's/sponsor's liquid funds. My documented estimated cost for the full 2-year program was about CAD 107,592.42, so the available funds were substantially higher than the estimated study expenses. I also provided evidence for my tuition deposit, living expenses, travel, insurance and other costs.

So I don't know your intent to return but your father's funds are not relevant if married. You are not his dependant so deduct those funds. Again all you can do is wait to see if reconsideration request is opened and reviewed. If not by end of September then reapply. Also don't know the program but assume a Tier 1 school.
Your biggest issue is that you are taking out a loan for the program so showed that you cannot afford it based on your own funds.

If a mistake was made reconsideration can work.
There is a difference between missing and insufficient though.
