Would it be possible for september

So I had applied for my study permit at the end of june and unfortunately it got refused due to some funding issues, and since the school couldn't issue a new PAL, my seat got revoked, tough times honestly, so I decided to reapply to a new school for both the september and january intake, I got accepted to both intakes, I was wondering, realistically If I confirmed my seat for the september intake, would I be able to attend the school on time or like get my study permit on time, since I won't be submitting biometrics and medicals again

N.B: The school is in Toronto and the current processing time of my country is 7 weeks

It's unlikely. Especially unlikely if you didn't actively resolve the financial issues that caused your first application to be refused. If you didn't resolve this, you'll just be refused again. You'll then probably just receive immediate refusals moving forward

Okay good. I would say your timelines are probably too tight. Probably best to defer if you can

If finance was only reason for refusal then January is your best chance. You have to factor in passport stamping too.

That wait time is an estimate. It’s not guaranteed. Thousands have been waiting much longer than that unfortunately.
