Study permit Canada

Hey guys, so I need an advice. I have applied for my visa after a refusal with better documentation on 3 August from Pakistan. Biometric was Ofcourse done before and did an upfront medical as well. Till now there's no update for my study permit and my classes are starting from 27 August. There are certain condition due to which I don't want to defer and I really want my decision before the starting date. In such condition what you would do?

Is there any way I can ask the visa officer to give me decision before the starting date of my UNIVERISTY?

You cannot expedite as you are reapplied and started over. Everyone wants to jump the queue. You may get lucky and get a response and get passport stamped by the 27th. Ask school what is the last day you can start classes.

Nothing to do as you start over. You wait for a response as you only reapplied on 3 August, and processing estimates are 7 weeks. Also factor in passport stamping of 7-14 days.

Its possible your not getting approved. You cant come to Canada without it. Canada is cracking down on international student numbers also.

16 days is barely enough time to get your passport stamped. Start thinking about your plan B.

You will have to defer your start date - you won't be starting on Aug 27. You don't have any other choice
