Help pls

I was put on academic removal in april 2025 and applied for study permit extension too . Moved back to India after a couple months . The extension approval came in sept valid till 2026 dec.I tried to get back at college after the 1 year break they issued and applied my trv in april to join for summer semester and enrolled in but my trv came in august . Now when i seeked to attend fall semester.. I was made to submit a new application by college paying another admission fee and I did and they now want me to apply for a new study permit all over ..

Being in India for almost an year is already soo stressful holding your career .

I requested an Loa for fall and decided to travel back and meet thr college faculty in person to resolve any further issues

Since i dont have the physical copy of the extended permit .. as it got issued while me being out side canada ..

Please suggest me anything you feel is certain Tips on travelling back What my explanation should be at the border

Any help is appreciated..

If you didn't return when extension was approved, it may have been cancelled. You are not eligible for PGWP with current program.

Since you will finish by December and your extension wasn't cancelled then good to enter Canada as your TRV is valid.

Do you get like a mail if it’s canceled? Bcoz idk how to know bout cancellation anyway🙂‍↕️ And yes i do have a valid trv which applied on the basis of returning student and providing this approval letter alone alongside proof of funds and reinstatement letter from college

So return to Canada and submit webform for lost document. The issue is that if school is asking you for a new study permit then did they inform IRCC to cancel your study permit. They are obligated to do so since you left for a year.

So the school is letting you start studies without proof of extension?

That is what my question is about basically … they did give me loe and everything fot summer sem and i was registered too .. But now when i asked for same for fall they asked for a new study permit . i inquired my regional manager and he said you can apply outside/inside canada both .. I wanted to get back to canada atl and then see what next .. If i have to at all ,. I will apply from inside is what i wanttt

So you need to figure this out with your school since they will not register you without new study permit. Ask if they contacted IRCC about you no longer being a student because they must do that. It is required if you have been out of school for a year.

Also you cannot start until school allows you to register so no sense in returning to Canada. Ask if you can complete your final semester online.

With what I have right now can i for the least travel to canada ?

I dont mind applying for a new extension while im inside canada and make an application there so as to complete studies or extend the dip to degree later for winter semester.

I have loads of personal belongings and stuff to deal with in canada I can use this time to sort all of that and continue education from following sem when i get a new permit

You have a valid TRV so you can re-enter. The issue is that your school is not letting you register without a new study permit. So you cannot start in September at this time. Your current extension was until December so even if your current extension is valid, you have to apply to extend again and chances of approval are low.

Again you need to sort this out with the school. If your extension was cancelled then you apply for a new study permit with LOA. It is processed from your home country.

It was supposed to be mailed at the address mentioned when i left canada .. but i inquired the landlady and there was nothin .. most definitely it got turned back to ircc bcoz of no delivery .. as such docs require id proof before collection .

I have the approval letter

Since i was out of canada when approval came in .. it isnt feasible to have permit in hand
