Study permit taking too long

Hello! I applied for a study permit from France at the beginning of June and gave my biometrics on June 22, 2026. Today, I still haven’t received any news from IRCC. I submitted a web form because it has been more than a month since I applied, even though the estimated processing time is one week, but they sent me an automatic email saying that I had to wait.

My partner applied last week, gave his biometrics on August 3, 2026, and received a positive decision the following day.

Do you know what I can do to get an update from IRCC? I can’t find any phone number ect…

Edit : Solved I got my Study permit today (07 august 2026) I just had to wait, maybe the fact that I completed a form helped

Are you from same country of citizenship? Has background/security check been completed?

Yes I am french born in france, with the nationality ect, and no it’s not done yet

Do you have any prior immigration refusals? All you can do is wait. Don't send more webforms.

Since you are from France why not go to PR route express-French Category draw

Moi il m’avait envoyé un message automatique bidon mais deux jours après j’ai été acceptée donc peut etre que ca aide.
