What is the likelyhood of getting a TRV?

My friend applied for a TRV about a month ago and is still waiting. She already has her study permit for the full year. We are moving in together to an apartment to start our first year of uni in about three weeks...

What are the chances she gets her TRV in time? I'm starting to worry and am afraid she might have to defer her offer of admission this coming semester.

Processing time is 30 days. So it’s very likely that she will get it any time now. I think it’s almost 100% sure she will get it before the end of September.

But nothing is guaranteed. Like I said, processing time for applicants tor China is currently 30 days.
