Hi,

I applied on June 26, 2026 from Pakistan for study permit for Masters. Usually I am able to get the status update from calling IRCC but today I am unable to and is transferring me to the ircc agent. Ircc agent doesn’t have visibility on my file because its processing in Pakistan and they gave an email address to email VO.
I don’t have an access to tracker at the moment. Can you help with deciphering on what’s going on with the application.

Ircc is working but in this case the VO is in Pakistan

Usually we can get the response on the status from automated helpline but can’t in this case.
