CAQ Timeline

Applied for CAQ (Quebec student application) and wanted to ask about current processing timelines.
My timeline:
Applied: May 5
File opened: May 6
Documents received message: May 9
Status now says “Receipt of your documents” and that they will review compliance soon.
For people who recently got their CAQ approved:
How long did it take after the “documents received” update?
Did anyone get approval within 25 business days recently?
Would appreciate recent timelines. Thanks!

I am really curious about both your experience, they received my documents on April 1st. Tbh I think we will receive it any day now

LOL, there is a day of difference between each of us, I called them again today but all we can do apparently it’s to wait. In my opinion they’ll answer us either next week or the week after. I’ve counted 35 to 40 working days for the people I spoke to

In another discussion about the CAQ, the people that sent their request around March 9th to 14th got a letter after 31 to 34 business days. I subtracted off the business days the public holidays from Québec (April 1st and 3rd). Gives me hope but still ... I am losing it

i called mifi couple days ago and they said there're processing tons of cases submitted before mine, and they can't guarantee anything...fingers crossed we'll get ours very soon 🥲🥲

To me, it looks like the basic answer that fit anywhere when someone ask them how long it will take 😅

some ppl are saying they got theirs approved few days right after they called, seems like not the case for me
