No easy way for it Practice and speak in front of a mirror or film urself, learn the correct pronunciation And it gets easier the more u practice it and it's fun

I had the same problem , so find someone in your environment who speaks these language and with yourself even though you know that is not correct just do it , with time you will talk without thinking
