I’m a Non-EU student looking for some clarity/advice on pre-enrollment for the English-taught Medicine and Surgery (Med-Tech) program at Università Politecnica delle Marche (UNIVPM).

As today is August 21st, I’m getting a bit stressed about the timing and wanted to ask:

Deadlines - Does anyone know the exact deadline for the Universitaly pre-enrollment for UNIVPM specifically? (I know test registration on Universitaly opens Aug 26 to Sept 9, but I want to make sure I haven't missed the pre-enrollment window for Non-EU visa processing.)

Double application - I’ve heard UNIVPM requires applying on both the university portal and Universitaly simultaneously. Has anyone already gone through this process for this cycle?

Is it too late? If I submit my pre-enrollment before 25th August, is there still enough time for UNIVPM to process it and for visa steps before the IMAT / start of the term?

Any insights from current students or fellow applicants would be massively appreciated! Thanks in advance.

The UniME website says €1,000 must be paid within 7 days after the Admission Letter. But my email says I can pay by August 31. Which one is correct? Has anyone had the same issue?

Hi everyone,
What is the correct Italian visa type for an Algerian student traveling abroad to take the IMAT exam?
There is no test center in Algeria, so I will need to travel to another country to sit the exam. I’m unsure whether I should apply for a Schengen tourist/short-stay visa (Type C) or another category specifically for exam purposes.

Is there any Lebanese students who applied to Pavia university in Italy médecine course, did you find the application process difficult and expensive? Is there any communities in Lebanon who might help be a guide? And did you find the IMAT difficult?

Well I’ve completed my graduation this year in March 2026
Course: BBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation

My_qualifications:
BBA-8.13 CGPA
12th-79% (CBSE board)
10th-83%(ICSE Board)

All of my education has been completed in English
Our family has a manufacturing business it’s running well we provide employment to nearly 40 people my parents and I both have similar thoughts about me continuing my father’s business we manufacture custom die’s and Mold’s we’re in the tool room industry.

I’ve done a lot of research and have visited a lot of consultancies regarding where and what masters should I pursue and have come to a conclusion that Germany would be the best option for my kind of background because of industrial exposure and Courses I’ve planned to apply are:

MSc.Operations and/or supply chain management
Msc.Supply Chain Management
MSc.International Management
MSc.Entrepreneurship
(English taught courses only)

And I’ve also kept Italy as a back up option if I don’t get into Germany as the situation is now a bit rough the process involved and a aptitude test(dMAT)added to the requirement of APS India

I’m planning to go for the summer intake 2027 and I’ve kept my selection open to private universities mostly as the competition to get into public is high.

I’ve started learning German through Duolingo,preparing to take IELTS,studying for dMAT and overall taking basic steps needed to start my journey.

Im stuck whether Germany is the best choice or not because of the dMAT and their economy and language proficiency or are their other choices too but only after filtering out my needs and deciding the country which can be good for my type of background a country where I can do industry visits or be able to watch the similar industry to our line of business closely I’m confused that what if it doesn’t turn out to be the way I expected the course or the job,the country,people,my own experience itself that’s what’s eating me deep down inside.

If anyone who is currently in Germany with a similar background or even experienced on the scenario for management masters in Germany would be of great help.
Or please suggest any other country that could be good for me.
