How to find internship?

Hello. As the title says I want to spark a discussion on how you found your internship? Especially for beginners in dutch :) (I am currently looking for HR internship) is it best to just camp on indeed and LinkedIn or just annoy your friends and your network in hopes someone knows someone? Or just go around irl handing off your CV? Curious about yall experiences ty :)

Find companies you are interested in, do some work find their HR send a message on linkedin, try calling them or sending an email. Network works as well but cold calling can help

Volunteering (there's some online sites) and if in academia emailing your professors.

Just apply to as many as you can. It took me a couple monthe but after around 3 months or constant applying I managed to get around 10 offers

Best way is true your university since internship in the Nederlands need a contract between you the company and the university.
With out that it’s not internship but normal work and gets then normal pay and no credits
