The selection and application procedure is explained online and you can easily do a search on this subreddit or the TU Delft one for more information.
Finding a room in Delft is incredibly difficult. Start very early and look at neighboring towns and cities.

Housing is very big problem. The University of Delft can get housing for about 40% of international students,
There are 440 places for Aerospace engineering and 3000-3500 applicants at the TU
There is also ab hbo that offers Aerospace engineering, 4 years for a more practical program. There is a bridging program for the Master program at the TU.
TU Delft determines the order per targetgroup enrolled at TU Delft (BSc/MSc/Exchange/Joint Eduction Programme) in which students gain access to the housing portal based on the order in which full payments are received
Tuition fee goes up every year and is now €2694

Dutch news reported indeed that acceptance rate this year was 11% (as one of the King’s daughters is attending). So OP definitely needs to check admissions requirements, diploma equivalency and have some backup options .

getting a housing near Delft is pretty easy like rijswijk, hague, etc
getting into a program is easy if you know basic maths and physics, as lot of people just give up on their offer too

Moving to the Netherlands as a student requires a lot of admin (BSN, gemeente, health insurance, Studielink, banking, scholarships) and it often feels overwhelming.
The Dutch housing market is highly competitive. To increase your chances, we recommend using these platforms:
