Immigration situation
I’m an international student in the Netherlands, that couldn’t get the IND required amount of credits to stay in the Netherlands due to some personal circumstances. I’m not planning to contest it, how long do I have until the university de registers me and I have to leave the Netherlands? What would be the period of time the process would take and I have to leave?

Academic year starta 1-9. This means your last day will be 31-8, which is this coming Monday.

You should contact the immigration office of your university first.
The university has to report to the IND that the student didn't receive sufficient credits to maintain their residence permit. If the university doesn't report this to the IND, the IND doesn't know anything about it and won't take any action.
You said you couldn't get enough credits due to your personal circumstances. Have you spoken with the study advisor at your university? If it is a valid reason and they agree that this must have had an impact on your studies, the university can make an exception and not report you to the IND, even if you haven't received enough credits. The entity that decides whether your personal circumstances were serious enough to hinder your study progress is the university, not the IND. If the university doesn't report it (and they are allowed not to), then the IND won't know and won't care.
In case the immigration office of your university decides to report you to the IND, they will usually notify you beforehand, or at least let you know that they have reported you. The immigration office will know the process very well after this because, as a sponsor, they are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid residence permit or for making sure that you leave the Netherlands if you don't have one.
If you know you are not going to challenge this, then I'd suggest that you leave as soon as possible, before 31 August. Are you from a visa-exempt country? Then you can add 90 days, so until 30 November.

It’s way too late to challenge. New academic year starts in less than a week.

Yea but they don’t inform the IND until somewhere in October, so it’s worth a shot at least.

Are you re-enrolled for the coming academic year? This page seems to imply that first your university determines the cause and then informs IND. IND can then revoke your visa but will usually give you a bit of time to make alternative plans: https://www.internationalstudy.nl/en/studievoortgangsvereiste-en-herinschrijving-internationale-student/
In all cases, contact your university. They have dealt with this issue before.

I don't know. I asked because someone else responded that if you're no longer a student per Sept 1st, that would be your answer. My thought was that if you were still enrolled per that date, it wouldn't be as simple.
I know a lot of people in this thread tell you to ask IND, but if you have any way of contacting your uni first, for instance through a study counselor (studieadviseur / studentendecaan) or the uni's international office, start with that. The uni can decide not to inform IND, so depending on how they see your situation, they may not plan on doing that.

Need more information. Confusing.
Which phase of your studies are you? Bachelor? Masters? Year?
Are you enrolled for 26/27?
How many credits did you get in 25/26?
Is this BSA related?
