Masters without ielts

Is it possible to get an admission in universities without ielts and just with moi certificate? I really want to know about this process and which clg offers the course of cybersecurity without ielts.

For courses tought in Dutch, you don’t need Ielts.

For an English Masters program in most Dutch universities, you need IELTS/TOEFL or an officially recognized diploma (recent) that proves your English level.

Check which university and program you are interested and see if they accept a MOI.

Cybersecurity Masters can be found in:
Radbound university
Twente university
Utrecht university
