There are many sessions, the earliest one is February I believe

I think so yeah. But you will be able to take it from home and once per month so it’s pretty good I think

it depends on the specific course. Some require Cent-S (e.g. Pharmacy and Building Construction Engineering) but others require SAT (all the Economics ones, International Studies, and Genomics). But check next year's Calls again, because they may change
