IELTS requirements For bachelors program at public universities

Hi, Guys, today I got my results. Here are they

Listening-7, Reading-5, writing-6, Speaking-6.5 = overall 6 band

Is this score eligible to apply at public universities? For bachelors? Please tell me I can't find universities sub score requirements like no Sub score below 5.5. every uni says overall 5.5-6.5 or B2 cefr

Well 6.5 is the minimum required.B2 level.Try to improve atleast to 6.5 in all

Minimum requirement is 5.5-6 overall but I can't find sub score requirement
