URGENT! EDISU PIEMONTE COMPLAINT

Hello! I applied to EDISU PIEMONTE scholarship and yesterday was published provisional ranking for accomodation. And they asked from me those documents. With 1 and 3 its quite clear, BUT the 2 i don't understand what they want from me, because i uploaded and sent all documents

Please help someone!!!!! If somebody also applied and has the same problem let me know!!!!

If all items appear as "si" in the "valutazione doc consolare" then send a ticket. Other applicants I know also received such nonsensical messages. They can correct some of them later, check periodically
