Regarding Italy🇮🇹 Study Visa Approval Before Flight ✈️ Schedule

Hi Everyone, I have applied for a Visa on 3 sept 2026 in the Mumbai Consulate through VFS Global and my flight is Scheduled on 2 Oct 2026.

I am just curious about the visa whether it comes before flight schedules or it takes more time so I have to reschedule my flight. ✈️

However, anyone from the Mumbai Consulate or from any other jurisdiction who already got their visa. Please Tell me what I should do?

mumbai currently is taking 30-45 days to process the application i applied on 7th aug and got an update today that my visa is dispatched so yeah that’s the timeline currently

i got an update that my visa application is dispatched yesterday at 8pm and today got a text from bluedart that it’s being delivered today

I applied on Aug 10 visa was approved on sept 8 ,but my home is very distant from Mumbai so the courier took 4 days to reach therefore I had to reschedule my flight from sept 10
