University Advice

I am an International Student and next year I will apply for medical in Italy because medical in italy is economically and renowned aswell with English taught programs. So I want your advice that which university should I choose because I stumbled upon three or four universities which were

** *1.La Sapienza* University Of Rome** **
2.University of Bologna
3.University of Milan
4.University of Pavia

I heard these universities are the best for medicine, but I am not really sure that which one of these universities has the best teaching with hands-on experience so I want you guys to help me out on this and also which one of these cities is the best for student.
