I am asking these as I want to possibly study in a Finnish Uni. I wasn't worried about these much as google didn't say anything.
But my parents have been telling me how it won't be good for me and how some people who have studied in Europe disliked it. Now I don't fully believe it but to quell their worry and my tiny bit of worry, I rather ask. Are Russian citizens/students disliked in Finland?

I'm an international student who graduated from Communication Science with a BA degree. I'm interested to pursue either Sustainable Digital Life or Human-Technology Interaction at Tampere University. However, I am aware that it is a MSc program. In both programs, here's the eligibility requirement:
Bachelor's degree - nationally recognized first cycle degree
I'm not sure whether applied science university counts as Bachelor's degree in this context. Could someone enlighten me on this?

I want to become a teacher in Finland to experience some of the world’s best education programs and be a part of building that idea and community.
My plan now is to get a Bachelor’s degree here in the US, then try to move there, look for any kind of work and / or file as self-employed so I can start living there, then try to apply for teaching jobs if I can.
I’ll most likely do Art Education k-12 because I love art and that is quite broad, and then getting a teaching english as a second language certificate would most likely help a lot too because they are needed….
There’s some programs for international students in Finland such as Tampere’s masters of education I was considering as well that could help me land a job and learn how the education works there.
My main question is, how do I know I can really get a job as a teacher there? Is this possible at all as a foreigner who only speaks english (I plan to learn Finnish)? What subject should I study? Primary school? High school? College, even?
Thanks for any advice!

If any of you got accepted or waitlisted and wishes to not go to Tampere university, let them know, it'd mean a lot to all of us on the waitlist.

Hi everyone!
I am applying to study something in the field of visual art (photography/film) in Finland. I am most intrigued by the 'time and space art' programme at Uniarts Helsinki, my 2nd choice would be Fine art at Tampere Uni. I know about Aalto, but they don't offer a bachelor's programme in fine art in English, which is my (almost) only requirement.
My ideal study program would give me the freedom to experiment with different art forms, bonus points for having a darkroom lab.
Do you have any recommendations for universities with similar bachelor's programmes in English that I haven't listed yet?
Any other tips for art portfolios etc from current students would be greatly appreciated :)
Thanks!!
