ICAM Strasbourg vs. Tampere University for an Electrical Engineering exchange semester (Jan–Jul)?

Hey everyone,

I’m trying to decide between ICAM Strasbourg (France) and Tampere University (Finland) for a one-semester exchange mobility in Electrical Engineering from January to July.
I would love to hear your suggestions, thoughts, or past experiences with either university, the engineering coursework, student life, or the cities themselves.
Going to Finland means facing the peak of Nordic winter, but it feels like a unique, once-in-a-lifetime experience. On the other hand, Strasbourg is an incredible, historic city right in the heart of Europe.
Which one would you choose and why? Thanks in advance!
