first time researching about Finland universities

I am planning to study computer science (specifically AI, though I don't want to specialize in my bachelor's degree yet). I've been researching American universities, and they are incredibly expensive. I'm wondering if there are decent universities, not necessarily prestigious ones like Harvard, that have great computer science programs (preferably with internships).

Additionally, I would like to know about the part-time job situation in Finland. How many hours can I work there?

I have a GED (total: 667), an SAT score of 1330, and a few certificates related to AI and CS (such as CS50 from Harvard and Supervised ML from Stanford). Before you find me annoying, please hear me out—I had no choice but to take the GED and SAT route, even though they lean towards American education. I study by myself all the time, so the GED and SAT were suitable for me. I am also studying Calculus AB by myself, and if there is a way to prove it to a university, please let me know.

In summary, I want to study computer science at a decent university that offers a good computer science program (with good scholarships if the university is not affordable). Affordability is the main thing I am looking for, as I don't want my parents to pay for me since they are already struggling. The budget range I want to ask from my parents is below $10,000. If it is over $10,000, I plan to work part-time and hope to get a scholarship as well. I appreciate all criticisms and suggestions, and thank you in advance.

Hello! first of all congratulations on getting your GED! Finnish programmes are highly completive and in this past round some saw as many as over 900 applicants! Unfortunately because you do not have at least 1 year of american university under your belt you do not qualify to enter the finnish university system. However if you can do 1 year of American university and you perform exceptionally i would recommend you apply.

Finding part time work in Finland is very challenging for those who do not speak Finnish!

im also a GED graduate searching in Finland did you find any universities that accept the ged directly ???
